We have had several business functions at this hotel. It is comfortable, modern and the staff is fabulous. They are very accommodating. I had the opportunity to eat in the hotel restaurant twice. Great both times. The Banquet lunch was very good as well. Clean!

Incredibly clean hotel with exceptional service in beautiful wooded surroundings. Really should be a 4-star hotel rather than a 3-star. I echo what others have said... the room here really feels like you're the first guest to step into the room ever. I don't know how they do it. Not a single spot of rust or mold or anything. Everything is sparklingly clean and brand-new looking.
The bathroom has shiny clean tub, faucet, toilet... everything looks like they were just installed. Comes with very nice Neutrogena toiletries. Q-tips and packaged cotton balls are nice touches. Towels feel amazingly thick and fresh.
The rest of the room is impeccably clean and newish, as well. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Better than Westin's Heavenly Bed. The room comes with free Wireless Internet and empty refrigerator. There is also a state-of-the-art wall-mounted huge flatscreen TV. I've never seen anything like that in a hotel room. Very nice!!! Even the coffeemaker was state-of-the-art. And it came with Wolfgang Puck coffee and tea set. The best in-room coffee I've ever had. None of these are exaggerations.
Our stay at Doubletree Bedford far exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, attractive lobby/restaurants, clean and nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, beautiful grounds, Starbucks coffee. It was a great experience.- Priceline Guest

WEDDINGS
Reception-BEDFORD GLEN-A+: Jocelyn and all of her staff at the Bedford Glen made sure my day was perfect! Everyone is still raving about the food and ambiance of the ballroom. After much research, we decided on the Bedford Glen because it gave us the best bang for our buck. Flowers, cake, and small touches were all included in the price per head and we had a duet of chicken and filet mignon which was SO tasty. I have been to many a wedding where the food is atrocious, so I wanted to make sure that was NOT the case for ours. We even added a sushi set-up and a dessert table last minute because our cost per head were so low. I still can't get over how cheap our room block rooms were. The hotel is PERFECT for wedding guests as it is VERY big and allowed us to put older (non-partying) guests in separate wings so we would not bother them. Every detail was taken care of, food was timed perfectly and the ballroom and foyer looked GORGEOUS! Had a hosted brunch the next day that also went off without a hitch. LOVED the Bedford Glen!
